am finally employed after eons :D
starting work on 2nd jan and i pray hard everything goes well, im keeping my fingers crossed!
(totally can't wait for my first paycheck!)
2008 has been quite an eventful year for me i must say, albeit not a smooth-sailing one. glad i/we made it this far (A's esp) and i can't believe im gonna enter the workforce soon. i miss school actually..

So its Merry Christmas 2008, and if Santa exists i want Edward Cullen!!! :D :D :D
spent this year's Xmas with L and H technically, went to L's church at Expo (so damnnn far but thank God for the company) and watched some drama "Operation Save The World". IMO it was gr8, all the effort they've put in was definitely commendable and the people there are really really nice and friendly souls :D
overall it was a nice experience, my first/second time to a church in my 18 years of human life lol. and oooohhh Pastor Kong's quite good-looking i must say!! HAHAHA.
by the time we left church we were dead tired (woke up at 7-ish) but still trudged to Marina for lunch and some shopping. L and i were literally dying strutting around in 3-inch heels for the WHOLE day. finally got my Starbucks fix after eons and HSH after that.

6 more days to the start of 2009; gotta make the best out of it!

caught
Twilight with dodo yesterday evening.
sadly i'd only rate it 2 out of 5 popcorns. totally not what i expected. prolly like what sherry said we're influenced by the book thats why, cause dodo found it nice? i seriously think the book was waaaaayyy better 42658760395x. sigh whatever. it always seems to be the case doesnt it, that the book's always better than the movie. first was P.S I Love You, and now Twilight. HA HA.
a whole string of movies that i want to catch but i have no moolah which is sad sad sad! pray hard sales will be good tomorrow so it can at least fund my expenses for awhile before my reserves get wiped out. i miss school, ironically. sighhhh.
well anyways, Vietnam trip was alright i guess. minimal shopping (worse than TW trip) i only gained a pathetic 3 items and nothing else for the whole trip. oh, and of course some fats with the constant eating non-stop. but the food, company and scenery were nice, gr8 bonding session with cousins and family so i guess im more than contented :D

dinner & dance 2008 was a-okay, definitely better than sec4 prom.
prom king and prom queen was oh-so unexpected, imo prom queen deserved her title but prom king........... the results must have been warped, LOL.
well anyway, we were sitting like at some ulu corner near the loud blasting speakers so us being loud had to be louder and i bet we would be sure winners of Loudest/Most Happening Table Award beating other tables hands down i swear. food sucked, i dont think i ate much and oh my thank God dessert wasn't yam paste. prom ended late at prolly 12 and dedicated a surprise message to Burger for her 18th BIRDDAY, awwwww how sweet can we get? HAHA.
chilled at Balcony Bar after prom, stupid inconsiderate ang-mohs who smoked right behind us wanted to murder us by second-hand smoke. moved in (wasnt a bad thing too) and camwhored a little. played Truth or Dare and unlucky me got it first. chose Dare and i was dared to take a photo with some random bartender, friggin' hell he gave me attitude can. played cards and HSH at like 4 in the morning...
